eBikes-Hawaii has full discretion regarding the method of transportation in which its Products or other items will be sent to the Customer. Shipping methods include, but are not limited to, Estes Express, USPS, UPS.

eBikes-Hawaii will make all reasonable efforts to process all orders within 1 to 3 Business Days following the date of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability and Sales volume. Pre-Orders, products ordered on demand will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and it may take several months to be delivered to the Customer address. eBikes-Hawaii will process orders on a “first come, first serve” basis, and will notify the Customer of any unusual delays that may occur.

eBikes-Hawaii will pre-inspect all orders before shipment for any apparent defects. eBikes-Hawaii is authorized to refuse to ship an item if the latter does not pass inspection. If the defective product becomes out-of-stock, eBikes-Hawaii will take all necessary steps to provide the Customer with an appropriate alternative of similar value, or issue a refund, at the Customer’s request.

eBikes-Hawaii will provide tracking information once the item has been shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to the Customer upon shipment; this email will contain tracking information and instructions. The tracking number will update within 24 to 48 hours from time of pickup by the designated Carrier, before it can be tracked. Upon receiving the tracking number, the Customer is responsible for contacting the Carrier directly for inquiries regarding, but not limited to, delivery date, time of delivery and appointments.

eBikes-Hawaii will not be responsible for any fees that may be charged by the Carrier due to the Customer’s failure to be present for delivery. The customer agrees to pay for the fees before scheduling for another appointment for delivery.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the package on delivery before signing off with the driver. Customer must inspect all Packages and promptly report all visible damages to the driver. A buyer who fails to report damages that otherwise would have been detected by a simple inspection at the time of delivery will be denied a damage claim and must pay for replacement parts.

eBikes-Hawaii products will be delivered to the threshold of the house/building. Freight service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage, covered porch or just inside the exterior door of the building. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

The Customer must promptly inspect the item(s) upon delivery. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. The Customer must note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, must note “refused due to damage” on the paperwork collected by a shipping carrier at time of delivery.

Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid by the Customer.
